2017 VENDOR APPLICATION DOWNLOAD

Businesses, craft vendors and non-profits use the same application.

*You will be mailed a letter containing this information as well as a vehicle pass with your booth number listed, with additional arrival information depending on where your booth is located.

*The vehicle pass will allow access to one vehicle. If you need to use more than one vehicle you must contact us for an additional pass no later than September 1st in order to receive it before the festival date. No vehicle will be allowed onto the grounds without a pass.

GROTONFEST  VENDOR  SET-UP  INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for your participation in Grotonfest, to be held Saturday, September 23th from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The raindate is Sunday, September 24th. In the event of questionable weather you may call 617-448-7240 starting at 6:00 a.m. Saturday to find out if we are using the raindate.

Set-up begins at 7:00, and your booth should be fully set up by the 10:00 start of the festival. Anyone arriving after 9:30 will forfeit their space.

The vehicle pass will allow access to one vehicle. If you need to use more than one vehicle you must contact us for an additional pass no later than September 6thin order to receive it before the festival date. No vehicle will be allowed onto the grounds without a pass.

After being directed to your booth you will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle, which must then be moved to a parking spot before you can continue to set up your booth. If you are alone and need help unloading a staff member will be able to assist you.

Providing that the Sacred Heart Church does not need their parking lot that morning, you may park there, space permitting. One side of Hollis Street is available as well. There is absolutely no parking on the grounds or behind the Boutwell School, which is reserved for handicapped vehicles and stage performers only.

ALL FOOD VENDORS:
  Anyone selling food or drinks must bag and remove all their own trash from Legion Field and place it in the wagon behind the Boutwell School.  There will be a $50.00 removal fee for any trash left on your site at the end of the day.

TRASH:
We will have volunteers removing trash periodically from the barrels located around the grounds but ask that if a barrel is near your booth and you notice it is nearly full, please remove it before it overflows or bring it to the staff’s attention. Thank you!!
