Set-up begins at 6:30 AM and your booth should be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Anyone arriving after 9:30 AM will forfeit their space.
You will be e-mailed a letter containing this information as well as a vehicle pass with your booth number listed, with additional arrival information,
depending on where your booth is located.
The vehicle pass will allow access to one vehicle. If you need to use more than one vehicle, you must contact us for an additional pass no later
than September 6th in order to receive it before the Grotonfest date. No vehicle will be allowed onto the grounds without a pass.
After being directed to your booth, you will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle, which must then be moved to a parking spot before you can continue to set up your booth. If you are alone and need help unloading, a staff member will be able to assist you.
Providing that the Sacred Heart Church does not need their parking lot that morning, you may park there, space permitting. One side of Hollis Street is available as well. There is absolutely no parking on the grounds or behind the Boutwell School, which is reserved for handicapped vehicles and stage performers only.
Anyone serving food must file an application with the Nashoba Board of Health (connect with the Board of Health to learn more before Grotonfest.)
