Grotonfest Fall is a yearly celebration in Groton, MA. First launched in 1979, Grotonfest was formed to celebrate the town’s small businesses, showcase the budding artists and their crafts, as well as introduce non-profit organizations around our community. It is primarily sponsored by the Groton Business Association, formerly the Groton Board of Trade. Grotonfest is created through GBA’s vision and is launched as a part of the town’s local business development campaign.
